  *If paying by credit card, we will contact you via email with ticketing information after 3:17 pm three days after the payment date.
  After checking your ticketing information email, please pick up your ticket at your local 7-Eleven.
  *Convenience store payment fees and ticketing fees will be required separately.

• ② If you choose electronic ticketing, please receive your ticket from a smartphone with LINE installed.

  *An additional electronic ticket issuance fee is required.

After making your reservation, we will send your tickets by regular mail (shipping costs will be paid by Gunkyo).
Please pay from your local post office using the enclosed postal transfer form (payment slip) (transfer fees will be borne by the customer).

*If the performance date is approaching, we will hand over the tickets after paying for them at the venue reception.

・We cannot accept seat changes or cancellations after reservations have been made. Also, cancellations and refunds are not possible unless the performance is cancelled.
・Even if the ticket is lost, it cannot be reissued.
・Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from allowing preschool children to enter.
