Gunma Symphony Orchestra "Heartwarming Concert" Recruitment of Viewing Groups for FY2024
The Gunma Symphony Orchestra's ensemble concerts are aimed at people of all ages in Takasaki City, and have been enjoyed by many groups as "musical events that touch the heart." We look forward to receiving your applications.
1. Application requirements
It can be carried out indoors in a building within Takasaki City.
As a general rule, the exhibition should be able to attract more than 30 visitors.
Please provide an environment suitable for performance. (2m distance between performers and audience, good ventilation, appropriate temperature control, and ample space in the waiting room for performers)
The event must be held between 11:00 and 17:00.
The main purpose is to hold concerts. However, in principle, the following activities are not eligible for application: - Activities whose primary purpose is profit-making. - Activities that benefit a specific person or activities related to politics or religion.
Admission to the concert will be free.
In principle, groups that held an event the previous year will not be able to hold one again.
2. Performers
Three to five musicians will perform at each concert. The performers will be selected by the Gunma Symphony Orchestra.

6. Costs
There is no performance fee for Gunma Symphony Orchestra members.
The venue must be prepared by the hosting organization.
If any costs such as venue usage fees are incurred, these will be borne by the organizing organization.
