群馬県太田市は2025年3月28日に、1市3町(太田市、尾島町、新田町、藪塚本町)が合併して20年を迎えます。それを記念して、2025年3月9日に20周年記念式典と第九コンサートを開催することが決定しました。

　The venue will be OPEN HOUSE ARENA OTA, the home arena for the Gunma Crane Thunders, a B.LEAGUE team, which is scheduled to open in spring 2023. The arena can accommodate approximately 5,000 people, and the Gunma Symphony Orchestra and a 20th anniversary choir formed for this purpose will perform a concert of all movements of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9.

　This time, we are looking for people from inside and outside the city to sing the fourth movement as a 20th anniversary choir. The goal is 4 members! If we achieve this, it will be the third largest concert in scale after the Suntory Symphony No. 3,000 concert with 1 people and the Kokugikan Symphony No. 5,000 concert with 20 people. By having many people participate, we can not only celebrate the XNUMXth anniversary of Ota City in a grand manner, but we can also expect to promote arts and culture and expand the related population.
